Quite often the last thing someone suffering from substance use disorder wants to do is pick up the phone to check some facts or ask questions. Which substance use disorder recovery programs do you provide?
Participants are offered two evidence-based programs of recovery: Stages of Change which is finding your motivation for recovery moving through the six stages of change – Pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance, and relapse. Multiple Pathways of Recovery which helps you find your pathway of recovery – self-management, family support, mutual-aid groups, faith-based resources, professional clinical treatment, etc
How long is the program?
Because programs are personalized to each individual, programs are from three to six months.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Indiana Traditional Medicaid, and private insurance under MDWise, CareSource, Anthem, Managed Health Services, and self-pay.
